FAQs

  • What types of classes do you offer?

Lagree Foundations:  This class is ideal for new clients, pre/postnatal moms, people recovering from injury or illness, and those veteran Lagree goers who want to really dial in their alignment and tempo.  All levels will find challenge in this class.

Lagree Classic:  This class is considered "intermediate."  Most clients will find class challenging, but doable.  Don’t get stressed.  If you exercise, this is the place for you and 90% of our clients.  All our instructors are trained to help you find modifications that work best for you.

The Seasoned Peach:  This class is an advanced, and boy will you feel it tomorrow!  This class requires client has taken at least 25 Lagree classes. All members taking this class should have their form down and know their modifications.  Not advised for pre/postnatal moms or those recovering from injury.

  • What membership is right for me?

We always tell our clients to choose a membership that is within their financial and time budget.   For instance, if you know your schedule and pocketbook can accommodate two classes/week for sure, but 3x/week would be difficult to sustain, then pick the 8x a month.  You can always purchase additional classes at the 8x/month discounted rate.

  • Am I able to rollover my classes to the following month if I do not use them all?

Unfortunately, no. However, if you know you have travel planned or a busy month coming up, you can always use next month's classes during the current month. For example, a 4x/month membership could go 8x that month at no additional cost if he/she knew they would not be able to use their classes the next month.

  • Can I transfer unused credits to a friend?

No, those passes are strictly for you. However, if you are on a 12-month commitment, you are allowed to bring a friend with you for free 1x/month!

  • Why do you only offer 6 and 12 month commitments?

At Peach, we feel strongly about creating a community. We want our clients to feel empowered and safe in pursuing their best selves. Lagree is effective, but it's not a quick fix. It takes consistency and dedication.  To see the results you want, we ask that our members commit  a minimum of 6 months. In that time, we know you will feel stronger, more confident, and see the results in your body.

  • Do you accept Classpass?

No, we don’t, and for good reason.  Listen, we get it.  Classpass is awesome if you travel for work, or you are new to area and you’re just not sure about committing to a studio.  However, Classpass historically pays studios poorly.  At Peach, we are committed to creating the best work environment for our instructors, because we know happy instructors means ah-mazing Lagree classes.  We care deeply about the quality of education you get when you come to class, because of that we believe in offering a fair and decent wage to our instructors.  We are the highest base rate and highest paid studio in town, and we’re proud of that.  And we think you’ll see and feel the difference.  Being a member of Peach allows us to forecast our numbers, pay our instructors well, and help the Mayberry Landing community thrive.  We’re not just here for ourselves, we’re here for the success of all the small businesses in Mayberry Landing.

  • What do you offer besides memberships?

If you’re still a little scared to commit, we understand.  That’s why offer an 8-class pack (expires 90 days after purchase), or a drop-in (expires 30 days after purchase).

We also have a two-week unlimited intro offer for our new clients.

Not ready for the group setting, or like your own space? Book a private, or private duet session as well.

  • Can I pause my membership?

We allow you to pause a committed membership for pregnancy, severe injury or major life events. We do not pause memberships for vacations, work trips, etc. (however, you are able to stack classes in the current month to accommodate future travel).

Six month committed membership can pause up to one consecutive month in their billing cycle. Twelve month committed members can pause up to two consecutive months.

  • What if I want to cancel my membership early?

We hope this never happens! We are always willing to sit down and discuss what isn't working for you and see if we can find a solution.  However, if you still decide to cancel your committed membership early, we charge a $250 early cancellation fee.

  • Why do you cap your membership?

What does that even mean?  Well, we hate it when we’ve committed to a place, and we’re constantly on the waitlist.  Once our class schedule is fully booked out, there is a formula—and that formula tells us when to cap our membership so that you can get into a class.  We value your time and money, so once we are at capacity, we will have to waitlist people for membership.

  • What is your late cancellation/no-show policy?

A late cancellation is considered anything within 9 hours of class start time. You keep your class credit, but are automatically charged a $15 fee. For a no-show, your class credit is lost and you will be automatically charged a $25 fee.
